SN 1722. Cal. 22. 3-1/2″ bbl. Blue finish overall with case colored hammer and trigger. 7-shot cyl with hand ejector. First model frame mounted cyl release. 2-pc Smith & Wesson hard rubber grips. Blade front sight and fixed rear sight. Accompanied by an appropriately fitting calves skin purse holster. PROVENANCE: Estate Collection of Jim Baldwin. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, with most all blue finish remaining. Finish loss on backstrap, trigger guard, high points of cyl and muzzle are very minimal. Spectacular bore an mechanics. Virtually all case color remains on trigger guard and hammer. Matching numbers found on bbl, cyl, frame and grips.
