*WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 44WCF. Standard grade rifle with 24″ oct. bbl, full magazine, modified half-nickel front sight with flat top open rear sight. Uncheckered wood with straight stock and crescent steel buttplate. SN 275218. CONDITION: Very good. Bbl and mag tube retain 94-96% strong original blue. Receiver retains 92-93% original blue mixed with brown on the right side, top and bottom. Lever retains 30-40% faded case colors and the hammer about 50% faded colors. Wood is sound and retains most of a fine professionally restored finish. Bright shiny bore with scattered and very fine pitting. 4-47005 JR410 (2,000-3,000)
