Illustration of the Indo-Arabic Prince of Arabia himself riding atop his Frisian steed. 2) Barnum & Bailey’s circus poster titled “Persia Or The Pageants Of The Thousand And One Nights”. Spectacular colorful pageantry of Barnum’s Persian Troupe performers on display. Captioned “The Most Gorgeous Oriental Display Ever Seen in Any Land Since the World Began”. Copyright 1916 by The Strobridge Litho. Co., Cincinnati & New York. 3) Barnum & Bailey “Miss Mae Wirth – The Wonder Rider Of The World”. Illustration of Mae in a blue acrobatic outfit with her steed, under the big top. CONDITION: 1) Near excellent with some wear and color touch up to center horizontal crease. 2) Near excellent; subtle horizontal fold wear transitions to margin tear at far bottom. 3) Near excellent; ever so subtle wear to center horizontal fold line. 4) Reverse appears to have had a thick reinforcing strip applied to the middle horizontal fold resulting in some telegraphing to the surface of two additional fold lines, otherwise very good to excellent. 1-14969 (2,000-3,000) – Lot 1568
