SN 159163. Cal. 28. 26″ Vulcan steel bbls, 3″ chambers, choked improved cyl/improved cyl. Full length matted rib, with steel front bead, marked “Parker Bros., Makers, Meriden, Conn. Vulcan Steel”. Early “0” frame gun with dbl triggers, extractors and non-automatic safety. Straight grip stock, checkered in standard 2-point pattern with 14-1/4″ LOP over replacement Parker DHBP. Splinter forearm with Deeley release and steel tip checkered in standard “V” grade pattern. Frame engraved with zig zag border pattern and engraved on both sides “Parker Bros.” WEIGHT: 6lbs. 7oz. CONDITION: Excellent overall. Retaining most of properly restored finish to both wood and metal. Bbls retain 95-97% of older restored rust blue. Frame retains most of its properly restored case colors as does top lever and forearm iron. Safety button and trigger guard retain nearly all their restored blue finish. Replacement buttstock and forearm are extremely fine and retain nearly all their restored high gloss finish with a couple light handling marks throughout. Bores are near excellent.
