*FINELY REFURBISHED PRE WAR BROWNING A5 GRADE IV WITH EXTRA BARRELS AND CASE.SN 80334. (1928) Cal. 12 ga. 2-3/4″ Chambers. This spectacular pre war Browning has five sets of bbls, 30″ with full choke, 26″ with skeet, 25″ and 24″ with Cutts compensators, and 26″ with poly choke. Blued action is flush 2-color gold inlaid with classic grade IV presentation of scrolling ribbons, leaves and flowers. Stocks of crotch figured American walnut are nicely checkered, buttstock featuring drop points and FN buttplate. Weight: 8 lbs 14 oz. LOP: 14-3/8″. Gun and two fixed choke bbls are housed in brown Browning case. PROVENANCE: Consignors notes. The Collection of Robert Burg.
