Oil on canvas Housed in a vintage gold painted wood frame Unsigned, titled on label affixed to verso with attribution “Vision of St. Augustine Albano.” Also bears information about the Italian Baroque artist Francesco Albani or Albano (1578-1660) SIZE: 17-3/4″ x 13″. Overall: 23″ x 18-1/4″. CONDITION: Canvas has water staining on verso (likely an old lining), stretcher marks and surface grime, flake losses in St. Augustine’s mid-section, old restoration with spotty varnish. 52103-9 (800-1,200) – Lot 1562
