*BROWNING SUPERPOSED DIANA GRADE TWO BARREL SET WITH CASE.SN 57316S76. Cal. 12 ga. 1) 26-1/2″ bbls. 2-3/4″ chambers. Chokes marked “Improved, Cylinder/Modified”. 2) 28″ bbls. 2-3/4″ chambers. Chokes marked modified and full. Both bbls with full length low-profile ventilated matted rib, with steel front bead and marked in gold “I” and “II” respectively. Single selective trigger, automatic ejectors, non-automatic safety. Stock configuration is RKLT and checkered in 2-point pattern with 14-5/16″ LOP over Browning HRBP. Round nosed forearms checkered in 5-point pattern. Receiver is finely engraved and signed by Watrin on left side. Left side engraved with pheasants in woods scene, right side with ducks in marsh scene, bottom with quail also in wood scene, trigger guard with rabbits on bow, all surrounded by finely executed foliate scroll engraving, in typical Diana fashion. WEIGHT: 7lbs. 4oz. PROVENANCE: Lifelong Collection of Gentleman Collector Herbert Hyatt CONDITION: Extremely fine. Has been fired but well taken care of and retains 95% plus orig finish to both wood and metal with a few handling marks throughout. Checkering on butt just starting to thin from handling.
