Daum vase has a deep purple pedestal foot leading to bottom half of vase which is deep purple and carved with stylized leaves. Top half of vase has acid-etched leaves and stems leading to wheel-carved purple tobacco flowers with outstanding detail. All set against a mottled yellow background. The purple coloration make this a rare and fine example. Signed on side in cameo “Daum Nancy” with Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 7″ dia x 6″ t.
