FINE COLT M1849 POCKET REVOLVER. SN. 143056. Cal. .31, 5″ oct. bbl. All matching including wedge. CONDITION: Brilliant case-hardening on frame and loading lever. Slightly fading at top of frame. Bbl has dents around the wedge, but retains about 80% of the blue mixed with light pitting. Cylinder scene is sharp with one bruise area opposite the SN and retains much blue. 90% silver on backstrap and triggerguard, 95% varnish on grips. FS769 4-47583 (2,500-3,500)
