1) 19th century England. Blue transfer decorated teapot with bird and floral decoration. 2) Blue Staffordshire scene with castle and fisherman, impressed mark Wood and Son Burslem. 3) Blue decorated Staffordshire teapot with floral decoration, impressed Clews mark. 4) Blue decorated Staffordshire teapot with scene with columns. 5) Blue transfer decorated sugar bowl with still life scene. 6) Blue Staffordshire two handled sugar bowl “Gilead House, Lancashire”. SIZE: 1) 6-1/2″ h. 2) 6″ h. 3) 6″ h. 4) 6-1/2″ h. 5) 8-3/4″ h. 6) 5-1/2″ h. PROVENANCE: From a Maine collection. CONDITION: 1) With cracks radiating from top edge and around base, some discoloration, minor chips on edge and spout. 2) Lid very good, 1″ chip to flaring edge, minor nick on spout nick around interior edge. and high spot wear. 3) Reattached handle, chip to top edge, several chips around lid edge. 4) Heavy restoration to lid, restoration and replacement to 1-1/2″ of spout. 5) Large chip at flaring edge and large chip at top, other minor chips. 6) 3″ hairline in side, chips on edge under lid, chip on top edge, lid very good. 9-94547 (800-1,200) – Lot 1516
