*RARE GOLD ENCRUSTED BROWNING SUPERPOSED PREWAR MIDAS GRADE.SN 4684. 12 ga. 32″ bbls. 3″ chambers. CHOKED: Imp.Mod./Full. Full length matted low profile ventilated rib with white plastic mid bead and fluorescent orange front bead. Miller single selective trigger, automatic ejectors, non automatic safety. Beautifully figured capped full pistol grip buttstock is a modern replacement with 14-1/2″ LOP over black Decelerator pad. Brass shield in grip cap marked “Brent Umberger / Master Stock Maker”. Forearm is nicely checkered with fancy point pattern near tip. Receiver is gold inlaid throughout with gold borders and gold line work. Top of frame is finely stippled with gold line work. Gold eagles on both right and left side in a triangular shaped pattern with serrated lined background. There is also a gold eagle and gold line work engraved on the trigger guard. Stock is FKLT configuration. WEIGHT: 8 lbs. 7 oz. PROVENANCE: The Collection of Robert Burg. CONDITION: Excellent. Bbls retain most of an older professionally restored finish as do frame, trigger guard and top lever. Buttstock and forearm are outstanding as customized and noted above and retain most of their hand rubbed finish with a few light handling marks throughout. Mechanics are excellent.
