SN 4071. This device was designed to quickly and efficiently load 9 mm, 32 round, WWI Luger snail drums. Stamped sheet metal body is marked “B/N” on left side and has full SN on right. Checkered locking button and tubular loading lever have matching numbers. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany.
