GEORGIAN STERLING SILVER FANCY TEAPOT.

Hallmarks indicate Sheffield, 1828-9. Marker’s mark “TB”. The squat teapot in round form with a 4-foot base decorated with flowers & leaves. The flattened top rim having flower vine decoration and a shaped hinged lid surmounted by a flower with leaves. Scrolled handle decorated with flower heads having similar spout decoration. The body with engraved flower & lead design. Monogrammed with “TEB”. WEIGHT: 20 tr. oz. SIZE: 5-1/2″ h x 11″ l. CONDITION: Two dents in side, otherwise very good. 7-75406 (400-500) – Lot 1488
