*◊ REPRODUCTION BULGARIAN SEVEN SHOT BABY LUGER.

SN 46453. Cal. 9mm. 3-1/4″ bbl with Crown/B proof and full SN on bottom. Recently applied Bulgarian crest above chamber. “DWM” scroll on center toggle link. Post-war Eagle/N proof and “97” (indicating import to Germany in 1997), probably soon after it was modified to seven shot. Contemporary flat safety lever with 90 degree checkering. Grip safety. Grip area of frame has been cut, shortened and welded to seven shot configuration. Contemporary 1-pc checkered walnut grips are not numbered. Plain wood bottom mag has contemporary modification to seven shot length. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Fine, restored to 95% blue and straw, most blue wear is on sideplate which is fading. Corrosion is starting in a few places. Hold open is missing. Grips are lightly worn with visible wood grain. Bore is bright and sharp. Mechanics are good. Mag has very little wear. 49829-130 BWS (3,000-5,000) C&R – Lot 1471
