BUDDY L ENGINE AND TENDER.

Just a really nice, clean all original Buddy L Engine and Tender. The classic 4-6-2 outline on the locomotive and the tender having a pair of the 4 wheel trucks. Enameled in black, the tender as well as the locomotive retains original decals. Amazing for this toy to be in such remarkable condition, since primarily it was thought of as an outside toy, there is just minimal wear, most notably to scuffs on engine cab. The toy appears never to have been cleaned or polished and perhaps a light steel-wooling to the nickel plated side rod assemblies would make this toy even more appealing. It would not be easy to locate and/or find freight cars that one could add, at best it would be a slow process of finding one here or one there but then again, the engine and tender make a great statement on their own.
