MARTIALLY MARKED REMINGTON MODEL 1858 NEW MODEL ARMY REVOLVER. Cal. 44 Perc. Standard Civil War issue revolver with 8″ oct bbl with pinched front sight, blue finish, 2-pc walnut grips with outline of cartouche visible and various inspector marks on the revolver, brass triggerguard. SN 69745. CONDITION: Very good. Retains about 80% strong original blue overall turning slightly plum on the bbl and grip frame with scattered fine light surface pitting.
