SN 4656. Cal. 7.65 PARA. 4-3/4″ blued bbl with 2-pc checkered walnut grips. Old model toggle assembly with grip safety and early long frame. Swiss cross over sunburst on chamber and “DWM” in script on toggle. Private purchase marking on left side “P.37”. Correct Swiss pattern magazine with walnut base and metal disk. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine overall, with most straw coloring remaining on trigger, magazine latch, ejector spring and levers. Grips are exceptional with sharp checkering and no chips or apparent distress. A slight amount of frontstrap wear exists. Balance is exceptional.
