Handel boudoir lamp has reverse painted Treasure Island scene of a large sailing ship visible at night under the light of a full moon with an island and palm trees visible in the foreground. Shade is signed “Handel” and numbered. Shade rests on an art nouveau Handel boudoir base with rich brown color and green highlights. Signed on the underside with applied cloth tag “Handel”. SIZE: Shade 6-3/4″ dia. Lamp 14″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. Base is very good with some very minor blistering to finish, felt bottom is tattered and torn.
