EXCELLENT SPRINGFIELD M1863 MUSKET WITH BAYONET. NSN. Cal. 58, 40″ bbl. Dated “1864” on the lock and bbl. Crisp “WPT”, “FWS” and “ESA” inspector cartouches on the left side of the stock. CONDITION: Appears to be unused, but has light handling marks on the wood. Bright case-hardening on the lock and hammer. Bright white on other metal parts. Some burring to tang screw.
