GORHAM LEADED GLASS LAMP.

Gorham lamp has leaded glass shade with 4 sprays of leaves extending upward into shade. Leaves are done in striated white and green glass and set against a light green geometric background. Shade is finished with an irregular border in rich purple glass. Unsigned. Shade is housed in a bronze stylized tree trunk base with bending branches forming the harp for shade and stylized leaf cast bronze shade holder. Base is finished in a rich brown patina with green highlights. Signed on underside “Gorham Co” along with Gorham hallmarks and “Q45”. SIZE: Shade 11-1/2″ dia. Lamp 19-3/4″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with only a few tight hairlines. Base is very good, with some minor wear and discoloration to patina, switch on base appears to be old replacement, re-wired with appropriate cloth cord. 49778-34 (4,000-6,000) – Lot 1431
