*◊ FINE CONDITION 1916/1920 DOUBLE DATE DWM NAVY LUGER.

SN 4059. Cal. 9mm. 4″ bbl with slide adjustable Navy sight with Imperial Navy markings on frame, bbl and left side of chamber. 2-pc checkered walnut grips. Unit marked on backstrap “N1772”. Modified in 1920 to comply with the Treaty of Versailles. Nickeled Navy marked magazine. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Good overall with good bore and mechanics. Most blue finish is remaining. Balance turning slightly plum. Typical wear on sideplate, muzzle and grip straps. Grips are unnumbered and slightly oil soaked. Matching numbers throughout with exception of magazine. 49829-60 TDW (1,800-2,500) C&R – Lot 1430
