18k rose gold diamond and ruby brooch in the shape of a tiara is set with Old European and rose cut diamonds and rubies. The Old European cut diamonds are graduated in size and alternate with the rubies atop a curved and scalloped rose cut diamond set bar. Total diamond weight is approx 3.50cttw and the rubies weigh approx 2.0cttw. The clasp is 14k and marked as such. SIZE: 3-1/2″ l. PROVENANCE: Ex-New York Governor’s Estate. CONDITION: One diamond is missing. There is a repair and evidence of solder at clasp. Original attachment component is still present under center diamond.
