SHARPS MEACHAM CONVERSION RIFLE. SN C,32769. Cal. .45-70, 30″ oct. bbl. Standard conversion with ground off sling ring bar and checkered stock and dbl set triggers. Bbl stamped “Old Reliable, Sharps Rifle Co. Bridgeport, Conn.”. CONDITION: Gray-brown patina overall with traces of case-hardening colors where protected by the hammer. Stock retains most of a re-varnish over dents and scratches. A sight slot has been filed in the receiver. FS865 4-47093 (3,000-5,000)
