SHARPS MODEL 1853 SADDLE RING CARBINE WITH SCABBARD. SN 13031. Cal. .52, 21-1/2″ round bbl. Standard markings on all parts. Comes with a leather scabbard. CONDITION: Heavily damaged. Rear sight lever key, lever spring, hammer screw, sling ring bar and ring are missing. Stock has been shattered at the wrist with large chunks missing. Forearm has been splintered lengthwise and the remaining parts are held with nails and screws. Metal has even light rust coating with patches of very heavy pitting. 4-45932 FS357 (800-1,200)
