TWO GOLD WASH STERLING SILVER TRAYS.Lot consists of two gold wash sterling silver trays once belonging to Artemas Ward; great grandson of the famous Revolutionary War Major General Artemas Ward. 1) Round tray has stylized floral and beaded border and incised scrolls and flowers on the interior. Sits on three ball and claw feet and is marked with English hallmarks on the underside. Engraved in the center “A. Ward”. 2) Oval footed tray with cast birds at each end and applied wire handles. Engraved “Artemas Ward” on the rim. Marked on the underside “Tiffany & Co. Quality 925-1000 Union Square 4239” with “M” within an oval. Total weight is approximately 19.0 troy ounces.
