SN 21522. 2-1/4″ bbl, blade front sight and top strap rear sight, square butt with checkered hard rubber grips with “Colt” in oval, 5-shot cylinder with loading gate. 2) Cal. 38 CF. NEW LINE. SN 11168. 2-1/4″ bbl, blade front sight with top strap groove, 5-shot cylinder, rosewood grips. 2-line bl address, patent date. Includes a Bill of Sale from Jackson Arms. 3) Cal. .41 CF. SN 18601. COLT HOUSE 41. 2-/14″ bbl, etched panel, blued blade front sight and top strap grooved rear sight, 5-shot cylinder with loading gate, left side of frame has “Rampant Colt” facing rear-ward and a capital “C”. 2-pc hard rubber checkered grips with “Colt” in oval. Also includes Bill of Sale. 4) Cal. 41 CF. SN 3946. NEW 41. 2-1/4″ bbl, blade front sight and top strap groove rear sight, five-shot cylinder, 2-pc rosewood grips, 2-line bbl address. Cylinder has British proofs in flutes. PROVENANCE: The Dr. Robert G. Cox Estate Collection. CONDITION: 1) Bore is very good. Orig blue has flaked to 40%. Etched panel is clear. Hammer has strong fire blue. Grips are in very good condition. 2) Bbl is orig blue with corrosion near bbl address. Etched panel is bright and clear. Frame has 60% faded case colors with rubbed area on top strap. Cylinder has 40% flaking with very good blue in flutes. 2-pc grips have orig finish with oil staining on both sides. Trigger, hammer, and three screws retain bright fire blue. Bore is good. 3) Bbl and frame are 85% bright orig Colt blue with minor dings. Cylinder is 60% orig blue with balance flaked. Etched panel is vivid. Hammer, trigger, ejector rod, and screws have bright fire blue remaining. Grips are in very good condition. Bore is very good. 4) Bbl has 95% bright orig blue with a beautiful etched panel. Frame has 80% Colt case colors with light scratches. Cylinder has 80% bright orig blue with some flaking. Hammer, cylinder pin, trigger, and screws have bright fire blue. Grips have orig finish with only moderate marks.
