RARE WEDGWOOD NIZAMI FAIRYLAND LUSTRE TRAY ON THREE FEET.

Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre footed tray on three feet is decorated in the Nizami pattern with a center medallion showing two Middle Eastern horsemen stopped alongside a begger woman all set against a flame sky and dark green background with geometric gilded border. Bowl rests on three porcelain feet and is signed on the underside with brown Portland vase mark “Wedgwood Made in England Z5494”. Shape 3546, page 67 Una des Fontaines . SIZE: 6-3/8″ dia. CONDITION: There are three tight hairline stress lines running between the three porcelain feet. We have seen one other of these footed trays in the past and it had the same type of stress line obviously from the making, otherwise very good to excellent. 48967-3 (1,000-1,200) – Lot 1401A
