HANDEL LEADED TABLE LAMP.

Handel table lamp has leaded shade with eight panels each having lower band of stylized red flowers with green leaves against caramel slag glass background. Unsigned. Shade rests on an original Handel base with pear shaped foot and three tapering legs meeting at half way point of center cylindrical stem which supports four socket cluster and cast openwork fleur-de-lis cap. Base has rich brown finish and has mark on underside which is illegible. SIZE: Shade is 24″ dia. Lamp is 25-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good with tight hairline in corner of one large slag glass panel. Base is very good with some discoloration to finish. Re-wired with contemporary plastic cord. 50441-12 (7,500-8,500) – Lot 1400
