An 18k yellow gold ring centered by an emerald cut aquamarine within a foliate design. The aquamarine weighs approx 14cts and measures 16.32 x 13.55 x 9.4mm. There is a round brilliant cut diamond accent on either side, and the aquamarine is topped with a flower, one set with a cabochon emerald, the other a cabochon sapphire.
