UNIQUE/HANDEL LEADED GLASS TABLE LAMP.

Table lamp has Unique Art Glass & Metal Co. (Attributed) geometric leaded glass shade with narrow vertical bands of lightly mottled mint green glass against a striated green and cream geometric ground. The shade is finished with a horizontal band of the mint green glass surrounding the edge. Unsigned. Similar example of this shade can be found in Mosaic Shades Vol. II by Paul Crist, pg. 66. Shade rests on an original Handel base with vertically ribbed stem, three socket cluster and square cut out cap with dark brown finish. Signed on the edge with impressed block letters “Handel”. SIZE: Shade 21″ dia. Lamp 25-3/8″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good with some tight hairlines, one panel with a star crack.
