SN 311587. 16 Ga. 28″ bbls. 2-1/2″ chambers. Choked: MOD/IMP MOD. Full length matted rib with steel front bead. Marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION, NY USA”. Double triggers, extractors, automatic safety. Round knob semi-pistol grip buttstock with 14-1/4″ LOP over Remington monogrammed and checkered butt. Splinter forend. Box lock action. Buttstock and forend with 3-point checkering. Sides of frame marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO”. Weight: 6 lb 6 oz. PROVENANCE: The Estate of B.E. “Andy” Anderson. CONDITION: Excellent. Bbls retain 85-90% orig bbl blue with light handling marks and minor staining and toning. Receiver retains 35% orig case color, faded towards front of frame and bottom. Trigger guard has gone mostly gray. Buttstock and forend are very good with minor handling marks and hunting bumps and retain approx 85-90% orig varnish with minor losses.
