Includes original red Weatherby hard case with key as well as 6 boxes orig Weatherby Ammunition, 4 boxes 150 gr less 2 cartridges, 1 box 110 gr, 1 box 220 gr. Spectacular rifle with many custom features. California style Monte Carlo cheek piece stock of exhibition qualify claro walnut with high gloss finish. Stock features rosewood forearm tip and grip cap with dbl spacers, having diamond shaped inlay in grip cap with diamond shaped vacant gold engraved name plate between 2 pearl inlays on bottom of forend. Grip and forearm areas have elaborate vine type hand carved panels with stippled backgrounds. Each panel includes 6 leaf shape California Abelone shell inlays. Gold plated quick detach sling swivels. LOP: 14-1/2″ over Weatherby ventilated pad. Floor plate and trigger guard have full coverage foliate engraving with vignette featuring raised gold grizzly bear. High polished bbl and action accented by gold plated trigger, jeweled bolt and 2-panel checked bolt knob. Fitted with a Leupold Vari-X-III 3.5 X10 gloss finish scope with duplex reticle on Buehler mounts. PROVENANCE: Gerard Ruth Collection. CONDITION: Very good high polish blue. Stock has very good gloss finish showing scattered scratches, scuffs and handling marks. Very good bore. Scope is in good condition and has clear optics.
