SN 115398. 16 Ga. 30″ Damascus bbls. 2-1/2″ chambers. Choke: MOD/FULL. Full length matted rib with steel front bead faintly marked, hidden by rib matting, “REMINGTON ARMS CO ILION NY USA”. Double triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Full pistol grip stock with 14″ LOP over Remington Arms Co hard rubber monogrammed and checkered butt. Splinter forearm with Curtis release with 3-point checkering. Buttstock with classic 2-point checkering. Unengraved receiver with “REMINGTON ARMS CO” stamped on both right and left sides. Weight: 6 lb 15 oz. PROVENANCE: The Estate of B.E. “Andy” Anderson. CONDITION: Excellent. Bbls retain 90-95% dark contrast Damascus pattern with scattered light staining and handling marks. Receiver retains 75-80% beautiful orig case colors, starting to tone on bottom of frame. Trigger guard and forearm iron retain traces of orig case colors. Buttstock and forearm retain 95-98% orig varnish. Forearm with minute losses on sides near frame. Several screws lightly turned. Buttplate is excellent. Mechanics are excellent.
