HANDEL LEADED GLASS TABLE LAMP.

Handel table lamp has large, leaded glass shade with a single band of pink striated flowers surrounding the skirt of the shade with stylized green leaves surrounding each flower and forming an irregular border, all set against a light striated green geometric background. Shade is signed on the underside of the aperture ring “Handel”. Shade rests on an original Handel bulbous base with tree design encircling the body, giving way to a vertically ribbed stem, leading to a three socket cluster and shade ring in dark brown finish. The base is topped with a non-Handel cap. Signed on the underside with raised block letters “Handel”. SIZE: Shade 20″ dia. Lamp 25-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good with some tight hairlines and no missing glass. Base is very good with some minor wear to finish. Socket cluster, riser and shade ring are a different patina then the rest of the base. 50976-4 (3,000-4,000) – Lot 1369
