SN 64247. Cal. 30-06. 24″ sporter weight bbl, banded ramp front sight, bbl band sling swivel. Military action marked “Rock Island Arsenal Model 1903”. Maker’s legend stamped on top of bbl with “S” proof mark. Lyman receiver sight. Military floorplate engraved with mountain lion and foliate scroll work. Walnut sporter stock with Schnable forend and checkered steel butt. CONDITION: Very good. Rifle retains most of its orig custom finish with light light handling marks to the wood and some thinning on high edges of metal.
