Handel table lamp has six panel shade. Each panel has reverse painted scenes of flowers and trees. Panels are vertically ribbed and finished with a chipped ice exterior. Signed on upper interior “Handel 6470”. Shade rests on an original Handel base with impressed tree design, three socket cluster and fleur-de-lis cap with rich brown finish. Signed on underside with impressed block letters “Handel”. SIZE: Shade 18″ dia. Lamp 23″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with one missing bracket that holds panels together. Base is very good to excellent with some very minor wear and discoloration to finish. Re-wired with contemporary plastic cord. 51088-1 (3,000-5,000) – Lot 1365
