CASED COLT ROOT REVOLVER.

CASED COLT ROOT REVOLVER. SN 11559, all matching. Cal. .31, 3-1/2″ round bbl. Screw-in-cylinder variety. In American mahogany case with proper eagle flask, a brass bullet mold and a Joyce cap tin. CONDITION: 70% blue overall. Traces of case hardening colors, mostly silvered out. Grips have large chips at the bottom on both sides, otherwise very good with most of the varnish. Cylinder scene is light. Case has normal dents and scratches on top, a partial crack across the bottom and the relined interior. Flask retains most of its brown and gold finish but has a couple of light dents on one side and a partially opened seam. 4-46832 FS203 (2,000-3,000)
