Patented sliding breech action is coin finished and features bouquet and scroll engraving with acanthus flourishes at bbl boss. Locking lever marked “DARNE”. Double trigger manual extractors. Two piece fancy walnut stock, splinter forend piece with horn insert tip, straight grip with arcaded checkering pattern. 15-1/4″ LOP to grooved wooden butt. CONDITION: Good. Bbls retains most of an old restored finish, numerous areas of light to moderate pitting under blue. Wood is sound with numerous light handling marks and rubs from use.
