TIFFANY STUDIOS DRAGONFLY TABLE LAMP.

Tiffany Studios table lamp has dragonfly design with yellow dragonfly bodies with red and yellow striated glass wings and orange glass cabochon eyes. All set against a striated green and cream background. Signed on inside lip “Tiffany Studios New York 1462-7”. The shade rests on a Tiffany Studios library base with five bronze ball feet and vertically ribbed platform and stem leading to the three socket cluster. The base is finished in rich brown patina with green and red highlights. Base is topped with an acid etched heat cap. Signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 394”. SIZE: Shade 17″ dia. Lamp 22-1/2″ t. PROVENANCE: This lamp was gifted by a Catholic priest to a member of his congregation upon his reassignment to Ireland, and by descent to our consignor. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with some tight hairlines, one background panel has a tight star crack. Base is very good with two replaced sockets, heat cap finial has come loose from the rest of the cap. Re-wired with heavy contemporary plastic cord. 51099-1 (25,000-35,000) – Lot 1310
