18kt yellow gold tear drop shaped pendant has lady’s watch surrounded by a row of single cut diamonds. The area above the watch is enameled in deep blue and is overlaid with a gold floral spray with bezel set round emeralds and rose cut diamonds. The back side of the pendant has gold open work area behind the watch set with rose cut diamonds and a center flower of blue sapphires with a rose cut diamond center. The upper area is enameled in bright green with gold floral spray overlay with round faceted blue sapphires. The pendant opens to access the back of the watch. Marked on the inside “18K Italy”.
