Tiffany Studios table lamp has butterscotch damascene shade with gold iridescent waves showing strong purple and green highlights. The shade is further decorated with nine intaglio carved flying insects including dragon flies, bees and butterflies. The shade has nice pronounced ribbing and is signed in the fitter rim “L.C.T.”. The shade is housed in an adjustable Tiffany Studios bronze base with four vertically ribbed legs terminating in cats paw feet, resting on a bronze platform. The adjustable base is complete with a harp shade holder and single socket and finished in rich brown patina with subtle green highlights. Signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 478”. SIZE: Shade 9-1/8″ dia. Lamp adjusts from 27-1/4″ t to 33-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good with some roughness to fitter, which is concealed when in place.
