SN 18114. Cal. 8 ga. 3-1/4″ Cham. 36″ fine Damascus bbl, nitro proof for 3-1/4 tons (.813 nominal). Action features single sidelock with dolphin hammer with game bird vignettes. Action body with under lever locking bolt has additional waterfowl and shorebird vignettes with simple scroll highlights. Full figured walnut splinter forend with horn tip, capped pistol grip stock, flat point checkering, 14-1/2″ LOP over old solid pad. CONDITION: Very fine. Gun retains most of its factory orig finish with strong Damascus pattern showing through orig bbl brown. Action body and lock with strong case color in protected areas the balance turning to silver and brown patina. Stock and forend are sound with strong orig finish and a few scattered handling marks throughout. Pad has crystallized. Bright bore, mechanics crisp, action tight.
