Modern nitro proof. Sidelock action engraved with fine English scroll work and maker’s name in ribands on each plate. Floorplate and trigger bow similarly adorned. Sculpted fences with fine scroll bosses, cocking indicators, checkered safety, double trigger, auto ejectors. Medium grained English walnut, splinter forend, straight hand stock. 14-5/8″ LOP over leather covered pad. Bores bright, mechanics crisp, action tight. CONDITION: Fine as professionally restored. Damascus bbls retain most of their re-browned finish with strong pattern showing. Bbls ring true. Receiver has silvered with hints of case colors showing through. Trigger bow is re-blacked.
