Tiffany Studios bronze candle holder; Model #1210, has saucer shaped foot with tapered riser leading to a three arm support holding a bronze ball shaped candle cup with nine glass jewels and a shade holder. Shade is gold ribbed Favrile glass, with purple iridescent highlights. Base is signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 10056”, shade is signed on inside of fitter rim “LCT”. Similar base is pictured in the book Tiffany Lamps & Metalware by Alastair Duncan, pg. 379. SIZE: 13-1/2″ t. Shade fitter is 3-1/8″ dia. PROVENANCE: From the Unreserved Estate of Lynda Cunningham.
