SN 43615. Cal. 12 ga. 2-3/4″ Cham. 30″ bbls, choked Mod/IM. Greener Empire spring cocking action with light scroll engraving and maker’s name in ribands. Greener top bolt, side safety, double trigger. Dense highly figured walnut, splinter forend with horn tip, semi-pistol grip, stock 14-3/4″ LOP over solid black pad. CONDITION: Good. BBls with light scattered pitting over period re-black. Receiver turning to gray patina. Forend sound with hand worn patina. Buttstock is a recent high quality replacement. Minor handling marks with incipient crack at head of stock on left side. Bores bright, mechanics crisp, action slightly loose with forend off. 50980-5 JWD (2,750-4,500) C&R – Lot 1274
