TIFFANY STUDIOS TURTLEBACK LANTERN.

Tiffany Studios lantern has heavy bronze frame with six turtleback tiles surrounding the upper portion of the lantern and green mottled geometric panels surrounding the bottom section. The lantern has a small round door in the bottom for accessing the light bulb. The door is set with a round turtleback tile. All of the turtlebacks are opalescent glass with a gold iridescent exterior. The lantern is suspended from a heavy bronze chain and is complete with a replacement bronze ceiling cap and hook. Unsigned. SIZE: Approximately 37″ from ceiling to bottom of lantern. CONDITION: Very good to excellent, two of the geometric glass panels have tight hairlines. 51250-3 (22,000-26,000) – Lot 1266
