Rare Tiffany Studios desk lamp has shield shade with gold turtleback centers in each of the three shields, with heavily mottled cream colored glass surrounding. The shield shade rests atop a Modeled pattern desk lamp base with bright gold dore patina. Lamp is signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 687”. SIZE: 15-3/4″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. Base is very good with some green corrosion where stem meets the footed platform. Socket cover is missing a single screw. Re-wired with contemporary plastic cord. 51222-2 (3,500-4,500) – Lot 1265
