Fairyland Lustre plate is decorated in the Bubbles II pattern showing four brown fairies with green wings standing at waters edge; one fairy has large clay pipe blowing bubbles to encapsulate small fairies. The fairies are standing on bright green grass with yellow and brown mushrooms around. All set against a midnight lustre water background. Plate is finished with a blue and green border of stylized flowers or leaves interspersed with lilac colored fairies. Signed on the underside with gold Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood Made in England”. SIZE: 9-1/4″ dia. PROVENANCE: Betty & Leonard Issod Collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some very light scratches to the rim. 5-68463 (9,000-12,000) – Lot 1260
