Please Note: Great news! The vase is described as jade which is incorrect. The vase is actually the extremely rare Decorated Turquoise Aurene as found on pg. 249, Fig. 10.127 of Frederick Carder and Steuben Glass by Tom Dimitroff.

STEUBEN BLUE JADE DECORATED CABINET VASE.

Steuben blue jade cabinet vase is decorated with a gold iridescent hooked feather design descending onto the shoulder of the vase from the lip. Gold iridescence shows strong pink and blue highlights. Signed on the underside “Aurene 651”. SIZE: 2-1/4″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 49034-2 (1,500-2,000) – Lot 1257
