Pale bisque socket head incised “0” with dramatic blue threaded paperweight eyes, well painted lashes and brows, rosy cheeks, closed mouth with hint of space between the lips, and pierced earlobes. The separate shoulder plate is flat which is typical of this model and has a square cut leather collarette and all leather body with gusset joints at the elbows, hips and knees. The large bisque forearms are slotted into the leather arms and has well detailed fingers with no sign of damage or repair. She retains the remnants of her original sheep skin wig over her cork pate and has newer blond mohair wig covering remnants. The costume consists of a replacement two piece dress and matching bonnet made from fine antique silks and lace. The shoes are tan leather with cardboard soles. SIZE: 15″ t (38cm).
